No virtual 3D, no drape simulation, no digital shortcut. Just pattern-making built, defect-corrected, graded and prototyped — as a high-end down-filled outerwear piece demands.
- Base patternsPattern construction from sketch or from direct measurement on the body / reference sample.
- Defect correctionCorrection of all construction defects of the base pattern before grading and prototyping.
- Size gradingProportional grading calibrated on key points, with visual and metric verification on every size.
- Marker makingLayout of pieces on fabric to reduce waste, management of grain direction, naps, prints.
- Prototype makingSupervision of the first physical sample in affiliated workshop, fitting, technical correction log.
